Incident Details:If you have a ZYXEL router and are still facing a loss of service, we’ve made a remote adjustment to your router to help restore your connection.
Please perform a manual factory reset again by inserting a pin or paperclip into the reset port on the back of the router and holding it for 15 seconds (the lights will turn off). After that, allow around 10 minutes for the router to reconnect.
If the issue continues, repeat the reset once more. Should it fail after two attempts, please get in touch with us at support@hometelecom.co.uk for further assistance.
