Incident Details:Service Update – Chesterfield Area
We’re aware of a major issue currently affecting approximately 15,000 Openreach customers in the Chesterfield area.
Openreach, our network supplier, has identified this as a Level 1 major outage — the highest severity level. The fault has been traced to a significant hardware failure within the local exchange.
Engineers are working to restore service as soon as possible.
The next update is expected by Sunday, 2nd November at 09:00.
