Incident Details:VOIP / Digital Landline / Future Voice Update:
We’re aware of an issue affecting a selection of customers who have digital calling with us and use the Technicolour DGA0122 router. We have escalated this to our provider and are awaiting their updates.

The service provider is still reviewing this. We will provide a update as soon as we know more.

The service provider has confirmed this is a widespread, known issue.
